Multiple widespread sessile bony overgrowths are noted in which the cortical bone and the medullary cavity are continuous with that of the underlying bone.
Case Discussion
Hereditary multiple exostoses is an inherent disease with an autosomal dominant pattern, characterized by multiple osteochondromas.
The criteria for diagnosis required to see at least two osteochondromas in the juxtaepiphyseal region of the long bones with an EXT gene mutation or family history.
