Presentation

Right sided tinnitus (perceived as 'sea rustle').

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Aymmetrially large right jugular bulb with its dome nearing the level of internal acoustic meatus (IAM).

Vascular loop of the left anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) in the left internal auditory canal (IAC)

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates both a high jugular bulb and a vascular loop of the AICA.
