- mild joint effusion
bony Bankart lesion with a large displaced fragment of the anterior inferior glenoid and localized chondral delamination along the margins of the defect
Hill Sach's defect as bony impression along with posterolateral humeral head with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise
fluid signal around the LHBT in the background of tenosynovitis
