Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Acute onset dyspnea without known underlying disease.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ct

Bulky nodal disease in the right supraclavicular fossa and thoracic inlet. The mass appears to be separate from the thyroid tissue.

Multiple low-attenuation masses throughout superior mediastinum, surrounding trachea, and vascular structures.

No pleural effusion and consalidation.

Case Discussion

With regarding the clinical manifestations and recent outbreak of COVID-19 infection, the patient referred to our imaging department for ruled out of parenchyma infection. After the initial evaluation of patients' chest CT scan and in discussion with the hematology department, the nodal biopsy was taken and further pathology confirmed classical Hodgkin lymphoma.
