There is a horseshoe kidney.
There is an obstructive calculus in the mid-left ureter resulting in left hydronephrosis. There are no stones within the right ureter or in the kidneys. No hydronephrosis in the right moiety.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a horseshoe kidney with an obstructing ureteral calculus.
The patient opted for conservative medical therapy. He was scheduled for a follow-up urology appointment and ultrasound.
