Left frontal lobar hemorrhage with a volume of 34 cc and associated vasogenic edema, with drainage to the ventricular system reaching the fourth ventricle, causing obstructive hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
Lobar localization of cerebrovascular events of hypertensive origin is not frequent, and are associated with a worse prognosis and complications in this location, such as ventricular drainage and hydrocephalus.
