Enhancing soft tissue mass of the right iliac fossa centered on the ileocecal region seen as an irregular mural thickening measuring 125 x 50 x 40 mm involving the cecum, terminal ileum, the appendiceal base and extending to the ascending colon with dilated submucosal veins: Infiltration of the mesocolon with small regional lymphadenopathy.
