Fluid filled, distended vagina is seen.
There is no cystic lesion in pelvis or visualized abdomen.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of hydrocolpos, likely due to effect of maternal hormones and distal vaginal obstruction (possibly transverse vaginal septum / imperforate hymen / distal vaginal agenesis).
