articular-sided partial-thickness rupture of the supraspinatus tendon at its insertion site with cleavage tear of the mid portion

Case Discussion
Features of complete avulsion tear of the infraspinatus tendon. The differential diagnosis for this case is musculotendinous rupture, but there is no residual infraspinatus tendon stump on its insertion on the greater tuberosity.
