Presentation
History of left sided focal seizures with multiple episodes of vomiting. No history of fever, neck rigidity and trauma.
Patient Data
There is a grey matter lined CSF cleft (maximum thickness 4 cm) extending from the right parasagittal frontal cortex and communicating with frontal horn and body of right lateral ventricle. Body of bilateral lateral ventricles are widely placed with absence of genu, rostrum and body of corpus callosum, however, splenium of corpus callosum is present.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent to inter-hemispheric cyst associated with dysgenesis of corpus callosum. These associations are rare but well recognized entity.
