A well defined extra-axial T2 hyperintense, T1 hypointense lesion showing restricted diffusion is noted involving right frontal region with mass effect and thinning of adjacent right frontal bone.
No invasion or brain parenchymal edema.

Expansile radiolucent lesion is noted involving the right frontal bone having central calcification, resulting in thinning of cortex. There is mass effect on adjacent brain parenchyma.
No invasion or edema of cerebral parenchyma.
