Patient Data

Age: 60 years

Two fusiform ectasias of the right branches of the hepatic artery proper, both of which are partially thrombosed.

Small infundibular gallstone.

Left kidney cortical cyst with delicate septal calcification (Bosniak II).

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the concurrent presence of two intrahepatic aneurysms causing epigastric pain. These findings, although rare, must be carefully reported because the risk of rupture and intraperitoneal hemorrhage is very high. Embolization is the recommended treatment.
