Presentation

Painless swelling of the medial aspect of the left mid-thigh.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Well-encapsulated ovoid soft tissue mass within the gracilis muscle that displays high signal intensity on both T1 and T2 with loss of signal on fat sat sequences.
