There is a well-defined hyperechoic intratesticular structure noted in the upper portion of the right testis, measuring about 0.25 cm in maximum length, with posterior acoustic shadowing and reverberation artifact suggesting a highly reflective foreign body.
Multiple non-shadowing scattered echogenic testicular foci suggest microlithiasis.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent surgical scrotal exploration, and a metallic fragment was removed.
