No internal derangement of the knee. Near complete replacement of the marrow with low signal material on all sequences, which has blooming artefact on the gradient echo sequences.
Case Discussion
Due to a hematology condition requiring multiple blood transfusions, there is secondary iron overload which affects the bone marrow and its appearance on MRI. A diffuse appearance as shown suggests a systemic issue, particularly in a patient of this age.
