  • collapse, deformity, and sclerosis of the lunate bone indicate Kienbock disease

  • ulnar negative variance

Case Discussion

Kienbock disease is idiopathic avascular necrosis of the lunate bone, seen mostly in younger adults and associated with negative ulnar variance.
