Marked osteoarthritis of both knee joints, seen as markedly narrowed joint spaces, subchondral sclerosis and marginal osteophytes.
Aggregates of well-corticated osseous bodies are seen at the lateral aspect of suprapatellar recess of the right knee, mostly intra-articular loose bodies. The presence of loose bodies on the left knee couldn't be ruled out.
Case Discussion
Intra-articular loose bodies are commonly associated with severe osteoarthritis of the knee. They can result in knee locking and pain.
