The navicular bone appears relatively thinned showing mild collapse with marrow edema signal eliciting high STIR and low T1 signals. Associated patchy marrow edema signal is
also seen involving the tarsal bones (most evident at cuboid bone) and to less extent the bases of the metatarsal bones as well as talus and calcaneus bones

Case Discussion
Features are suggestive of osteonecrosis of navicular bone (Köhler disease) with associated patchy marrow edema of the tarsal and base of metatarsal bones
