Presentation

Frontal headache, associated right tender forehead swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

2.2x1.7x1 cm intradiploic mildly expansile lytic lesion with bevelled edges involving the right frontal bone and the adjacent orbital roof with erosions of the outer and inner skull tables as well as the roof of the right orbit.  The lesion is sharply demarcated without a sclerotic rim or periosteal reaction. It is associated with a soft tissue component that extends into the adjacent orbit.
