Trip and hyperextension injury. Unable to weight-bear. Tender over the mid-foot.

Minimally displaced fracture of the anterolateral corner of the lateral cuneiform on the oblique view.

Case Discussion

An unusual injury following a trip. Cuneiform injuries are uncommon but usually present with mid-foot pain, bruising and difficulty weight-bearing.
