The tibia is laterally dislocated. There is no fracture. A joint effusion is present.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a laterally dislocated tibia. A CTA of the lower extremity after reduction (not shown) revealed a large hematoma without definitive active extravasation. The patient was eventually discharged with a knee immobilizer.
