Presentation

Fall with inversion injury.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

Undisplaced fracture of tip of lateral malleolus (Weber C). The distal tibia is intact. Syndesmosis is normally aligned. Normal talocrural congruency. Minimally displaced oblique fracture of the 5th metatarsal base. Incidental os trigonum.
