Focal hypodensity involving parts of left caudate nucleus, left lentiform nucleus and left internal capsule.
Incidental finding of a well-defined calcified extra axial lesion in the left cerebellopontine angle with broad attachment with the petrous bone, most likely a meningioma.

Lenticulostriate arteries are deep penetrating arteries of the middle cerebral artery and their territory includes most of the basal ganglia.
