Age: 85 years
Gender: Female

A hypoechogenic rounded mass is visible in the position of the right adrenal gland.

The lesion is showing lipid attenuation (-18 HU) on noncontrast CT, thus being virtually pathognomonic for lipid-rich adenoma. No contrast was given. 

Other findings: liver and kidney cysts (hyperdense on in left kidney), left kidney calculus, advanced atherosclerosis.
