Case Discussion

Diagnostic lymphography using oil-based iodinated contrast media was a commonly used procedure to assess lymph node involvement and staging of malignancies before the advent of cross-sectional imaging. While it has became obsolete as a diagnostic procedure, the anatomically-detailed depiction of the lymphatic vessel network is still impressive by today's standards.
