Hiatus hernia, patulous esophagus and features of chronic aspiration in the lung bases, i.e. bronchial dilatation and plugging with peribronchial opacity.
4.5 cm mass-like fat attenuation within the interatrial septum, sparing the fossa ovalis.

Incidental asymptomatic lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum in a patient with chronic aspiration.
