Hypotonia and seizures.

Brain CT scan reveals widened gyri, shallow sulci, and a smooth brain surface with a "figure of 8" pattern on axial images.

Dilatation of the occipital horns of the lateral ventricles (colpocephaly).

Dilated cavum septum pellucidum.
