Pain at lateral aspect of ankle, suspected anterior talofibular ligament tear.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Longituidnal split tear of peroneus brevis tendon starting at the level of lateral malleolus and extending inferiorly for a length of approx. 40-45mm. Torn peroneus brevis tendon is encasing peroneus longus tendon.
