Presentation

Cough.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

10 cm right upper lobe mass.

10 cm right upper lobe mass, right paratracheal lymphadenopathy, small right pleural effusion, right adrenal gland mass.

Right adrenal gland mass, mixed lytic/sclerotic metastasis right symphysis pubis, chronic appearing fracture right inferior pubic ramus.

Case Discussion

Lung cancer characteristically metastasizes to brain, liver, bone and adrenal glands. This is a good example of an adrenal metastasis.
