Multiple enhancing intra-axial masses with vasogenic edema/mass effect. Both the cerebrum and the cerebellum are involved. Many of the masses are located at the gray-white junction. No intracranial hemorrhage or CT findings of stroke.

4 cm mass posterior segment right upper lobe, lungs otherwise clear.
Case Discussion
The combination of findings (enhancing intra-axial masses with vasogenic edema) is characteristic of metastases, especially in a patient with a lung mass.
