Numerous ground glass and solid nodules are present throughout both lungs in a peribronchovascular distribution. Two dominant solid nodules are present in the right lower lobe. No pleural effusion. No mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

A lobulated mass is present in the right breast. This was a previously biopsy-proven fibroadenoma.

Case Discussion

Initial brochoalveolar lavage and and right lower lobe transbronchial biospy were nondiagnostic. Patient underwent wedge resection of right upper lobe, right middle lobe and right lower lobe nodules. Pathology was consistent with lymphomatoid granulomatosis. EBV PCR testing was negative.
