Presentation

Routine obstetrics screening in a thirty-year-old female.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

The fetus demonstrated normal morphology, biophysical scoring, and Doppler velocimetry with a composite gestational maturity at 30 weeks and 2 days. At the fetal external pelvis, the genitalia; scrotum, and penile shaft (phallus) are seen and are unmistakable for the male gender. A urinal jet freely flows (fetal micturition) from the fetal penile urethra admixing with the amnion.
