Medium ascites. Relatively normal appearance of the pancreas posterior to the cyst. Massive, thick-walled organized cyst along the inferior curvature of the stomach, indenting and perhaps invading through the serosa. No other collections.
Case Discussion
Sequelae of interstitial pancreatitis with the development of a massive pseudocyst intimately associated with the stomach. This would be well-managed with a cystogastrostomy. Notice how the pancreas is currently normal.
