Prominent bilateral mastoid foramina within the occipitotemporal sutures.
Case Discussion
The mastoid foramina are paired foramina that transmit the mastoid emissary veins to the sigmoid sinuses. They are variably present and a great deal of variation exists in their size and location. They are commonly located within the occipitotemporal suture.
