Presentation
Posterior dislocation of elbow a few days prior. The post-reduction radiograph showed a dislocated medial epicondyle. Referred for an ultrasound to check the ulnar nerve.

There is an anterior dislocation of the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The ulnar nerve shows normal location and echo pattern.
The asymptomatic side shows normal location of the medial epicondyle.
Case Discussion
The ultrasound shows a dislocated medial epicondyle of the humerus in a patient with a recent history of posterior dislocation of the elbow.
