Case Discussion

The features are suggestive of meningioma along the left Meckel cave and right temporal region along the Sylvain fissure.

The patient underwent Gamma knife surgery for the lesion in the left Meckels cave and on follow-up imaging the lesion became very small in size and the symptoms resolved.

On-phone follow-up after 4 years, the patient did not have any symptoms.
