There is an extra-axial well-defined avidly enhancing mass with surrounding marked edema in the right occipital region having broad attachment to the right tentorium. The lesion is causing a mass-effect over adjacent parenchyma resulting in effacement of the right lateral ventricle.
The lesion returns isointense signals to grey matter on T1 and FLAIR/T2 weighted images without diffusion restriction.
Case Discussion
The features are consistent with the right tentorial meningioma in the right occipital region.
