Presentation

Palpable soft tissue bulge in lower outer quadrant of right breast for one month without pain and right upper abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

A solid mass lesion in right breast lower outer quadrant is seen with enhancement, lobulated and relatively spiculated margin with axial width up to 40 x 30 mm and height up to 32 mm.

Multiple right side axillary metastatic lymph nodes with SAD up to 22 mm are seen.

Scattered ill-defined hypodense foci with faint margin enhancement and size up to 22 mm in hepatic lobes are also seen as compatible with liver metastasis.

The report sheaths of pathology and IHC of right breast mass lesion indicate ER (+) and PR (-) HER (-) invasive ductal carcinoma.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates ER-positive, PR-negative and HER-negative breast cancer, invasive ductal carcinoma, with metastatic axillary lymph nodes and liver metastasis.
