Fractures through the diaphyses of the right fourth and fifth metatarsals are observed.
Case Discussion
A recent patient case referred to us with a history of trauma over the dorsal aspect of the right foot. The x-ray revealed the typical appearance of fractures involving the 4th and 5th metatarsals' shafts.
