Presentation

Left loin pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Left mild hydronephrosis / hydroureter down to the mid-ureter, where a 3.5 x 5 mm ureteric stone is seen at the level of L4 vertebra, measuring 600 HU density, about 7 cm distal to the pelviureteric junction. The ureteric segment distal to the stone appearing unremarkable. Mild peri-nephric/peri-ureteric stranding, no urinoma formation, no signs of pyonephrosis or renal parenchymal atrophy.

Left renal middle calyceal small stone also noted.

Fatty liver.
