Right hip pain after an old trauma.

Age: 45 years

Lentiform well-circumscribed fluid collection at the lateral aspect of the proximal right thigh between the subcutaneous tissue and the fascia.

Case Discussion

Typical features of a chronic Morel-Lavalleé lesion due to a closed degloving injury from the abrupt separation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue from the underlying fascia.
