Right frontoethmoidal mucocele of low signal intensity on T1WI, and FLAIR and high signal intensity on T2WI with areas of low signal (protein-rich content). There is expansile thinning of the lamina papyracea, compressing and displacing laterally the extrinsic occular muscles and globe, with resultant non-axial proptosis grade I.
Mucosal thickening of both maxillary sinuses and opacification of the ethmoid cells, frontal and sphenoid sinuses.
Status post-antrostomy of the maxillary sinuses.
