Trauma to right hand.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

x-ray

Dorsal dislocation of the 4th proximal interphalangeal joint. Acute, mildly displaced oblique fracture of the right 4th metacarpal shaft without intra-articular extension. Old healed fracture of the 5th metacarpal neck with residual volar angulation.
