Multiple biliary hamartomas

Numerous small variable sizes cysts are seen scattered within both hepatic lobes. They appear low on T1 and high signals on T2 and STIR sequences. No post contrast enhancement. No biliary tree obstruction. The MRI findings represent biliary hamartomas

MRI findings with numerous parenchymal hepatic small cystic lesions.The features are thought to be most consistent with multiple biliary hamartomas (von Meyenburg complexes).
