Multiple hand fractures

Right 4th metacarpal shaft spiral fracture with mild angulation but no significant displacement. Non-displaced avulsion fractures at the radial aspect of right 3rd and left 4th middle phalangeal bases.
Background osteoarthritis at the base of the thumb bilaterally involving both 1st carpometacarpal and triscaphe joints.
Case Discussion
An unusual fracture pattern but supporting the x-ray findings where clinical findings of deformity of the right 4th metacarpophalangeal joint and swelling of the right 3rd and left 4th proximal interphalangeal joints.
