Small well-defined homogeneously hypodense cystic mass with no enhancement (mean density = 15 HU) at the left nasal alar region with cortical scalloping of the adjacent maxilla.
Mild peripheral mucosal thickening of the right maxillary antrum.
Case Discussion
CT features most consistent with a nasolabial cyst, also called nasoalveolar cyst or Klestadt's cyst) which is considered as a rare non-odontogenic soft-tissue developmental cyst occurring inferior to the nasal alar region.
