Navicular fracture

There is a comminuted fracture involving the medial aspect of the left-sided navicular bone however joint space appears within normal limits.
The rest of the visualized bones are unremarkable.
Screw tunnels are noted in the distal parts of the tibia and fibula consistent with previous surgery.
Case Discussion
CT findings in the setting of trauma are consistent with a comminuted fracture of the left navicular bone.
