NG tube in the stomach.

Air surrounding the cardiothymic outline (angel wing) appearance.

Air in the dependent position of the pleural space on the lateral decubitus film

Lungs clear.

Case Discussion

Right sided pneumothorax as evidence by the angel wing sign. This is also well illustrated on the lateral decubitus chest x-ray something rarely undertaken outside neonates.
