Presentation

Seizure with fall and headstrike.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

There is no evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage, acute territorial infarction, mass effect, or midline shift. The ventricles and sulci are within normal limits in size and configuration. No extra-axial fluid collection. The basal cisterns are not effaced. The calvarium is intact.

No fracture or traumatic malalignment. Vertebral body heights are maintained. No aggressive osseous lesions are identified. The prevertebral and paraspinal soft tissues demonstrate no acute abnormality.
