Normal wrist and elbow x-rays - 4 years

Presentation

Fell off a motorbike on the same day she was brought to the pediatric ER. Did not injure her head. Pain in left hand, difficulty straightening her left elbow. Left elbow held against the body, bent to 90°. Superficial scuff mark 1 cm long on the forearm close to the elbow and one over the dorsal aspect of MCPJ5. Passive ROM of elbow does not elicit pain. Does not complain of tenderness on palpation or movement of the wrist or fingers.

Age: 4 years
Gender: Female

No evidence of fracture or luxation.
